Unifund CCR Partners has filed legal action against me for a Citibank debt that was charged off by Citibank several years ago. Unifund refused to work out a settlement. Unifund would rather go to court and ruin individuals. Why doesn't the government do something with organizations like Unifund??? Unifund CCR Partners are ruthless. I pray that anyone that has received a call from Unifund CCR Partners, band together and go after them. Make them feel our pain.
