United Gold Direct is a MAJOR SCAM!!!! They need to be shut down! To them is all about reading the sales script. They only want to sell you pre-1933 gold which is fools gold!!! and when it arrived, it was only worth half of the $. They ripped me off by 70% so when I called them, of course they don't want to give you any money back at all, and say well... (never call back) Sadly, I found out a lot of people all got ripped off from United Gold Direct as well, just go to www.ripoffreport.com and type in capital gold group, you will see how scary this is!!! save your self and do the research before you buy any gold.

Wow, Again, I also saw this exact posting, copy and pasted from another company on this site from an earlier date! That's why, if you notice the bottom of this original report has the wrong company, "This company is United Gold Direct, Not Capital". If you are going to copy and paste a false allegation, at least be smart enough to change the names to match. haha. Again, Looks like someone really is jealous of UGD. Your Numbers Are All Wrong False Person. I had both mine, and my brother in law's order apprasied and we are both right on the money.
I myself, became a client of United Gold Direct in Oct 09' around the same time of this original report as well, United Gold Direct is great! So hard to find good business practices these days with all the competition, who knows who to buy gold from. I called United Gold Direct to rollover my previous 401k and as simple as 1,2,3 they guided me through the process step by step. Even today I get follow up calls. Feels good to know a company is right by my side. I had such a wonderful experience that I referred my brother in law to take physical delivery of gold and silver through a cash position. They honored the special advertised right on their home page, "For a Limited Time Only, Silver $0.99 cents over Spot Price" As a thank you for repeat business through another client, United Gold Direct sent me free gold and silver that I received 9 business days after his purchase.
