Joe Peneda is a scammer, he took our money and did not ship our product and is avoiding sending us a refund and claims he is going to file against us for writing bad reviews based on him not sending product or a refund to us, he keeps stalling and is not sending us a refund but he gladly took a fast wire transfer from us, keeps threatening via email to do something to us and is avoiding any comments about mailing us a check To refund us the 12,000 we sent to him. Big scammer and has done this to many cell phone wholesale companies via linkedin.
