I am so full of tears I can barely write this entry. I sent this company my money without checking them out first and it was the last of what we had left. I can't believe I was stupid enough to fall for this scam.
Looking at the hundreds of entries I am beginning to wonder if there is or will be a class action lawsuit against this company although we may never get a dime in return. I'm so hurt I don't know what to do.
How could I have been so dumb. I sent them my money and didn't even get a package. I have no more money. How could they do this to naive but innocent people?

6-25-01 providian mailed me a letter saying i owe them nothing because of a law suit
6-15-01 received a letter saying i was entitled to receive money owed to me from the settlement
may 16 2001 mailed associated recovery systems inc. collection agency for providian 965.96
a certified ceeck from my bank.
i am entitled to this money back please mail or call me with information
