united states commemorative gallery what was sent to me in large vault box ohio

I ordered a large vault box from united states commemorative gallery. One of the items I received with my order was a medal. This was a world war 11 army good conduct medal. I did not expect this. USCG is violating the stolen valor act which makes it illegal for unauthorized persons to wear, buy, sell, barter, trade or manufacture any decoration or medal authorized by congress for the armed forces of the united state. I am really offended that this company would be sending out as part of an order medals that they have no right doing. Someone earned this medal and therefore belongs to that person, not to the united state commemorative gallery. I will not be doing any more business with this company.
