Agent/broker quoted me $69 per month for 10 months and get 2 months free. After I was signed up they gave me a higher price $82 and no months free.

I complained over 3 months and they never fixed it. they said i should of done it when i recieved my first statement, which was never sent to me until the 4th month. I was also charge $9 as a service fee for the billing statement, how are they going to charge me $9 for something I didn't recieve.

I guess that's how STATEWIDE INSURANCE and UNITRIN SPECIALTY'S make their money, because obviously they can't make money with out ripping people off with bogus fee's and adjusting your quotes
