Do NOT deal with this company! If you have been scammed by this company, I urge you to report them to the US Government Fraud Complaint Center at http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp. I had gotten ripped off by these lowlifes who run this website. They took my money and never gave me a website. And the people who do get a website do not get paid for selling the merchandise.

We cannot let people like this go unpunished. They need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They do not care if your a senior citizen or someone who just wants to make an honest extra income. I myself will pursue these people until they are brought to justice!!

getestore.com not really a scam just extremely hard to achieve success!!!!!!!!!!!!

AUTHOR: Gary - (U.S.A.)

First of all I have had a getestore website for over two years now. I can honestly say I have mainly sold their items on ebay. Well i did sell one bluetooth headset from my website, the only thing in 2 and 1/2 years. Because I have had success. I decided to renew my yearly subscription. I have had problems with them but they do give a customer service number after you get your site.

I am a powerseller on ebay, ebay and amazon are my income. ( I used to be an engineer and wouldn't trade what i do now for anything in the world). All of the problems listed in the reports for this company I have had but in the end I still came out ahead. last dec. I averaged 27 items sold a day at an average of $25.00 in profit per item (due to christmas) . I have sold over 500 of their items total.( mainly just three or four specific ones)

The key to this site is selling items that most people would over look or would never sell. I have had a lot of success with two models of cell phones and a particular camera. almost all of their prices are over the top for ebay prices but if you search you can find 5 or 6 items ( out of 3000 items) that fall on the low end for ebay but you do have to do your homework.

good points:

Believe it or not they do actually carry their stock. (megagoods.com is their main company) If you call them they sometimes will give discounts on bulk purchases.(so you take on the risk of carrying inventory but you get a discount and can handle delivery to your customers)for the most part they do provide tracking info within a day or two of the order. They dropship and dont charge per order. They do have a customer service number that i have gotten through everytime. For customer satisfaction in my opinion they have about a 75% totally satisfied record, 15% being ok I guess service, 10% totally dissatisfied. The best point being they accept paypal (wich gives the buyer protection) and for the most part get their orders out as fast as possible.

Bad Points:

Again I have had problems such as them selling out of stock merchandise and then making me wait usually about two weeks until their next shipment comes in.(without notifying me) shipping broken / used items when they were advertised as new. Not accepting returns on cell phones sold as new but were obviously used. recieved two negative feedback comments over their mistakes!!! megagoods controls their inventory (both are located in the same building/ office) so megagoods customers get priority shipments. megagoods charges 15.00 amonth plus 1.00 or 2.00 dropshipping fee per order. Be aware they do not give refunds on their cell phones. for the most part their prices are too high for ebay.

They do blame their customers for their customers not succeeding. Common excuse being "We take all the risk and process all the orders all you have to do is drive traffic to your site". I have returned merchandise to them and once I never got a return item. When i did get returns they were from megagoods not getestore. They are also located in california and do not accept reseller cirtificates. wich means you have to pay taxes on all sales in california and sometimes that means you make nothing on that purchase.

I dropship from a couple of different sources. This is one of them. They have gotten better but the key in my opinion is to sell from a variety of sources not just one. I am a titanium level seller and although for a couple of items i use them but there is no way you can use them for everything you sell. The realization for any dropshipper is that when you decide to rely on another company to run any aspect of your business you are gambling. Getestore does come through for the most part but dropshipping is not easy and you have to be able to accept the risks involved. The best aspect of get estore is that they accept paypal and if they screw up you can file a claim against them.

Most dropshippers I have found do not accept paypal, so at least for getestore that is a major plus for me. You have to realize that when you deal with any dropshipper you are going to get negative feedback from customers sooner or later. Dropship companies dont care so much about your reputation as you would if you carried your own inventory. That is the risk you take. Inmy opinion they do deliver on what they promise, but they should let you know up front how hard it is before you buy into their program.
