University Of Phoenix Online Financial Aid ripped off. Reno Nevada
*Author of original report: WAYNE
*Consumer Comment: Problems with finances appear ...
I recieved financial aid and never saw a penny of it, and had to drop out because of the cost involved in getting books, and software, and other supplies that came out of pocket. Which I thought my financial aid was supposed to pay for. When I called them, I was told I had no right to the fincial aid, and it was directed to tuition only. I never used the second part of the financial aid, becuase I had to drop out after only six months, yet it is on my credit report as an unpaid bill.

all to frequent in these posts.
I suggest all google a Feb 11 2007 New York Times front page story entitled "Troubles Grow for a University Built on Profit". Whatever the realities are about this school, why bet your future on a school with SO MANY PROBLEMS!!!
