60 days to claim e-check fraud

You can report the electronic check to your bank within the alotted time frame but the claim will be denied if it was originally authorized for payment by the buyer. I lost $1200.00 because my bank denied the claim.

This was posted a week ago on yahoo answers.

"*** FRAUD ALERT RE: UNLIMITEDPRICE.COM *** They were officially shut down today and their assets frozen. UPS fraud department also cancelled their shipping account! Per banking regulations you have 60 days to dispute "electronic checks" therefore go to your bank and put in a fraud notice about payment to TNI ATLANTA, the parent "company" of unlimitedprice.com. Fraud sucks for everyone!
