Upscale Fashions I placed an order on Feb10,it is now October and I still have not received my items or my money back. I cannot even get a response! I have been scammed for $120! Internet

I placed an order on Feb 10,2016 of $120. After a few weeks, still nothing. I called the number provided for customer service (which is a Google account!) After about 3x someone finally answered and ensured me my order was being processed, that I had to wait. Well a few more weeks went by and still nothing, now they don't answer calls or emails and I have been scammed out of $120. They advertise on Facebook and I can no longer find or access my account to even file reports.
