Upscale Fashions I ordered a jogging suit for $58 on March 7 which the company took money out my account. Internet

I contacted them by email on March 27 2016 and they contacted back saying the policy say give them 7 to 10 days to deliver I told I gave them that time and more. I emailed again in April and told them I still haven't received my order which was a month late and I felt scammed. I have not received nothing yet nor a email back. I just want my money back in my account or order . 

 I ordered a jogging suit from the Upscale Fashions website on March 7 2016 . I waited til March 27 2016 to email them where my order 1255 was at. I received email that my order was a policy issue of 7-10 days and I stated to them it was well over the time. I emailed again in April 2016 to let them know I felt scammed and will be reporting them. I have not received a email on nothing. My order or my money back in my account. This company are scamming through Facebook through Trina account. I want my order or my money.
