Received a letter informing me I have "qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets." However, at the bottom the footer says, "GE-#####," where the #'s are probably an account code. I suspect this is a collector for GE Care Credit, with whom I am in continuing arbitration. I think that they are using this scam to update their contact records.
There is no return address, and the company "vice president" wants me to call her personally.

I see the last post referencing US Airlines was in May, 2012.
I have received a self-sealing (very professional) letter /check voucher on August 13, 2012 in Nashville Tn.
The wording in intro is basically the same, but they have improved the appearance of letter. (It would seem)
They are making the money to up the scam...
I do not have any disputes or with Care Credit, or GE Bank, but do have outstanding student loans.....hhmmm? Sallie Mae perhaps?
We are all on a list somewhere...
BTW , The voucher is signed by Linda Rey.
And it looks so real..
Peace
