Us Cash Loans They said that I have a loan with them but I dont. Internet

This complaint really has nothing to do with our company other than it is directed at us. 

This is a common scam that is typically carried out by foreign call centers. They somehow get a hold of your information and call you saying that you owe them money that you do not. (Do not be fooled by the fact that they may have a local, or other US area code; technology today enables call centers in other countries to utilize local numbers to easier work with customers in the US.) In order to try and coerce people into paying money they don't owe, they use many illegal tactics such as threatening to arrest your or other members of your family and can become very nasty and verbally abusive if you don't give them payment information. 

In order to further confuse people, these scammers use common sounding company names usually containing words such as:USA, US, America, Cash, Money, Loans, Services, etc.  Our company, USA Cash Services, who also owns the domain USCash.com receives regular complaints due to these scammers. We cannot stress enough that we are not responsible for these complaints, just the victim of a scammer who is using our name. USA Cash Services only does business in the states in which we are licensed and we spend a lot of time and money ensuring that we comply with all state and federal regulations.
