I'm A caregiver for Multiple Sclerosis patient. On December 18 of 2009 she purchased an extended vehicle waranty through US Fidelis Corporation. She had US Fidelis pull $154.44 out of her checking account directly through the Mepco Finance Corporation.

As far as she can tell us fidelis filed bankruptcy Nov. 8 2010 they continued to pull $154.44 out of her account into May of 2011. We have tried everything we could think of to retrieve the money that she was taken for.

Any information or help you could give on what to do next would be greatful, as she on a SSI based income & been disabled since 1996, her resorces are limited
