USA Credit - CCA Credit Service Division ripoff they sent me a credit card that i never activated and they are taking 19.00 a month from my checking account I want they to stop Las Vegas Nevada

usa credit, or cca credit service sent me a credit card that i was suppose to activate over to phone. i never call and had it activated. But they are taking 19.00 dollars out of my checking account and now i'm being charge by my bank overdraft charges of 35.00 dollars every time they take this money. i've tryed to call them to get them to stop taking this money out, but all i can get is the activation number. and you can't talk to a real person. i just don't know what to do to get them to stop. or how to get the money they have taken out back. please help me find a way to get them to stop taking the money.
