If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  Unfortunately this lady scammed us out of $1,000+ for Live Transfer mortgage leads.  She sounds super legit.  She makes you feel comfortable, says she has been in business for 14 + years, they target Experian data and consumers with troubled loans for refinance etc.  Prepay for 20 leads and deposit or wire to their BofA Savings account.  Then nothing happens, you won't get any further responses from her once your funds clear.  I PRAY SHE GETS CAUGHT.  She always has a different name, and you won't find anything legitimate about her onlne.
