USA technologies, Bunny froof ,I brought a new machine an I ask for help to change it under my name so now days turn in to weeks. they see that money is being put in the machine from the card swipe so they tell me I have to talk to there supervisor which did nothing to help Nationwide

How do I start well i brought a machine that has there card reader on it an was told by original owner an by me that it's was being taking over my someone. so here I am going on two week an still no help at all not even a effort. ms bunny didint even feel like I was someone to talk to so she never reply back to be. so now going on two week an still no belp
