Usdtv usdtv will not cancel services, they continue to bill me even though i dont have service Los Angeles California

I signed onto usdtv thinking i would save money. The service goes in and out. So often i decided to go with another cable company. i called to cancel my service and was told that department was closed at that moment. They said that they would call me when they opened.

I recieved no phone call. I began calling and calling and was not able to talk to anyone. I have sent letters and emails and have not heard a word. This has been going on for 5 months. I am still being charged every month.

DO NOT use this company for your cable needs.
