UST US Telecom Disguises Service Agreement as Invoice La Verne, California

Was just handed what appears to be an invoice from UST or US Telecom by our AP department, but from a vendor I didn't recognize.

At first glance it looks that I'm being invoiced for a maintenance agreement in the amount of $425. Lets pretend for a minute that you can get a decent yearly maintenance agreement for 425 dollars. If you turn the "invoice" over you will see that it is actually a contract for services. Sneaky buggers.

A quick whois search tells us a bit more.
