Vacation Connection LLC pretended to sell my time share in Cancun Mexico, then had me send $15,000 to pay taxes for the sale then said another was needed and then I said no and then they said I lost all money initial money. Chicago Illinois

These people contacted me to say they had a buyer for my Mexican time share at full value. Then they said I had to send in $92,00 to some taxes to allow the sale but this would come back at closure. Then they said another $9200 had to be wired, which I did. Then they told me another $9200 was needed and at that point I contacted a mexican lawyer who said this was  a fraud.  i then started getting calls from a Mexican who said he was a government official. He didnt want to see me lose all my money so I needed to send the rest and then within 30 days all would come back.  I recorded the conversation. I shared this with Illinois Attorney General office, the FBI and the police in Greensboro, NC where the "escrow" company was located. The latter told them it was fradulent company and she was gone.  No response from the others.  

So I didn't pay and now I am out the money and still own the time share at Kryatal in Cancun.  Bad judgment on my part but all looked very good and even my local lawyer said it was ok to proceed.  

Sad that no FBI response at all despite getting all documents and legal opinions from Mexico lawyer.
