valley ent of arizona overcharges Nationwide

there are several clinics in arizona that are ent offices and corporate office is in scottsdale az.  My complaint is overcharging customers for services..343.00 for office consultation  which was a 10 minute consultation.. i needed one ear cleaned from wax build up.  that took about 5 seconds to pull wax out..i was charged 150.00 for that brief procedure then i was sent in for hearing test which took 20 minutes  another 180.00   so i was in the clinic for 45 minutes and my bill was almost 700.00  consumer beware of these clinics and their overcharges..

my out of pocket cost was 200.00  thgis complaint is about the outrageous office charges !!!
