*Consumer Comment: typical scam as described by many
*Consumer Comment: Rebuttal to complaint against Valued Opinion surveys
Valued Opinions sends you surveys to complete... after you spend time answering numerous questions (basically all the answers they NEED), they end the survey by saying you 'don't qualify'. DON'T waste your time with these people!!!

I have only been with valued opinions a few weeks and already I have been duped by them like so many others , told at end of surveys completed that they didnt need my info after fully completed surveys and now to redeem points they want your personal identifying info from your drivers license and photo of you to claim rewards. Sounds like huge identity theft scheme, you should never have to provide that much personal identifying info to claim a gift card you earned. Also they all of a sudden stopped providing surveys to me because I contacted their customer support to address these issues. Obviously it looks like they are running some sort of scam or identity gather info program to use info in the future . With so many complaints online and over such a long period Im surprised they havent been formally investigated yet. I feel a class action suit shoul dform against this company also I feel that the gov ernment should investigate this company for various possible crimes , also I feel interpol should possibly investigate this company for the same reasons. Who knows maybe they fund criminal enterprises or terrorist organizations around the world , anything is possible in the way they operate and handle sensitive information they want to collect. Also if they do get contracts to do seurveys for companies are they defrauding them also by collecting survey information to collect payment from those companies but not really follow throuogh on their contractual obligations? They should be shut down by national and intl agencies.

Rebuttal to complaint against Valued Opinion surveys

I just came across this site & noticed that someone filed a report against Isabel & her team at Valued Opinions. It was dated quite some yrs back, but when I saw the report, I just had to reply. I'm not sure why anyone would have an issue with Isabel or any of the Valued opinion team, but I've been doing surveys through them for several years & have never once had a problem.
Not everyone will qualify for every survey - they tell you this up front. You just have to stick with it....it really does pay off! I've claimed several vouchers for CVS, Target, Amazon & I Tunes over the past 5 yrs or more.
Each voucher was sent directly to my e-mail.... the instructions for applying the credit was very clear & easy to understand & when ever I had a problem or question, someone always got back to me in a timely manner & made sure the issue was fully resolved.
