Vanilla Reload Employee collected reload card information from me.Told me to call back in 30 minutes for funds to be loaded to my card. Funds were never loaded to my card. I was told funds were misdirected and there is nothing they could do for 3 days. Three days later issue not resolved. Went thru company channels to resolve issue, no results. Company appears to have no physical address listed. Based on conversations with company employees, this appears to be a very common occurance. so much so that they have what appears to be a very scripted set of proceedures in place to include supervisors with absolutely no power whatsoever, I have a loss of $1311.85
