I purchased VIP with 200 gems on August 18th or 19th. Vegas World automatically took the gems but still have not given me VIP. Either they need to give VIP or return my gems!! I do not complain when i watch videos and they don't give gems that are promised, or when videos won't load. i also don't complain about NUMEROUS problems they have, but I want my VIP or gems! thank you very much. i would appreciate a speedy response in this matter since Vegas World is making it imppossible to contact them and when i do I am just ignored. thank you for your help.
