Found site on internet as www.vehiclevinhistory.com - was supposed to only be 2.95 one time charge but later 29.95 was deducted from account.  When I called to complain, was told that we were supposed to cancel but that was not on the original site.  I asked for address but they would only tell me the web site which came up with a message that "due to large volume of business they were not taking any new customers at this time".  Next time I tried to go to the web site, it comes up as a secure site and you must have a log in.  SCAM SCAM  The only info I have is on my bank account statement which is "autorecords 8779164832.
