Worst company I've ever dealt with. They've been conducting a background check for my employer for two months. I call in to check the status, they have to transfer me to 89789 different places and no one can ever find my information. I sent in the requested documentation to them 4 times (W2s, etc) and they still claim they've never received it. I was required to be fingerprinted and Verifications Inc. sent the fingerprint cards to the wrong address and they were returned yet I was never informed of this until a month later. Ridiculous run-arounds and terrible customer service. Very rude employees.
