I purchased a floating drive on dock system from Versadock AKA ERA Marine, Roy Ahern, Teo Leonard. The system was a ripp off and the company never intended for it to work.
I sued them , they lost. The judgement was for intentional fraud and non-dichargable. Still the conartist tried to BK and have the judgement dismissed. They lost again.
NOw the judgement is over 219K and the interest is adding up. See attached efforts by Roy Ahern to get out of his obligations. I hope he reads this because my attorney is never going to let up on the collection of this debt.
