Victor Franco lic#01160749 has been committing fraud and mal practice in the Real Estate field. He is currently working for 1st Capital Realily and Lending, Inc. He has been taking advantage of his Realtor power by allowing his known clients to open the house themselves. He is illegally ripping off money on his clients providing fraudalent services to help individuals clean up their credit reports. He is dishonest man and is very unprofessional. I don't know how people have not reported him. He is getting away with his scam. I hope his license gets revoked.
