initially spoke to a fool named Mai who was a complete ditz she delayed my file for weeks then a supervisor named Brooks Champagne takes over (talk about a crooks name) and promises me the original 3.5%as promised by Mai and when I told him I don't trust her anymore he transfers my file to an absolute moron Sidney who stated my rate would be 4.75% after sitting on the file another 2 weeks! This is a company of imbeciles and clowns, by the way I looked them up on the CA website and the company is owned by a Leon Satero who really sounds crooked, den of thieves go figure.
