Everything was fine for years till the garbage fees appeared. Worked with them to re-price the account then more gharbage fees applied.
Sent letters, sent faxes and called - no call backs - fees continue to be charged.
These afees were not part of the pricing model and were completely unwarranted - after trying since July 2014 to get them to honor the pricing quoted. I gave up!
Stay away from these folks they are not business partnmers and will suck you with garabage fees. They simply don't want to honor there word nor care about their clients!
