Please be very careful with these people! not make the mistake that I made to leave a deposit unfortunately due to personal problems I could not travel to Costa Rica, and as something quite normal (in any hotel in the world has the right to cancel, of course in advance! I cancell my reservation 16 days prior of the date of arrival .. these dishonest people invented a series of excuses to my credit card company for not returning my money and they keep my money ... the funny part is that the dates they were made ??the reservation that was 4 to 6 November, I made a friend call to see if they had rooms available and was told that everything was full ... they say harm was made because they were left with empty rooms... a big lie ..

Please be very careful with these people! not make the mistake that I made to leave a deposit unfortunately due to personal problems I could not travel to Costa Rica, and as something quite normal (in any hotel in the world has the right to cancel, of course in advance!
