Ordered product off internet on 4-26-09 Cancelled order on 4-28-09 thru e-mail. Sent product anyway on 5-7-09. I refused delivery by postoffice because I had cancelled the order. The company billed my bank account for 79.95. They keep insisting I should have cancelled before the 14 day trial period. I have e-mailed them repeatedly stating i do not have the product.. that it was cancelled in 2 days and should not have been shipped. They billed my account 79.95 even before the 14 day trial period was over.
