I saw an add on Facebook on receiving a free sample of Vivacious Skin Serum by paying the shipping of $4.99. I tried it and it did not do anything for me. I thought " Well it only cost the shipping." I checked my checking account and they had charged me $89.73. I called them up and got a handling company that told me they would cancel it but would only return 30 per cent of the charge. They said that in the terms and conditions I was signing up for a monthly purchase, I didn't see any terms or conditions. This is a rip off. I am on social security and can't afford this.
