On May 8th of 2014 we agreed to purchase 1 megawatt of solar panels from Bruce Wenger and his brother Jerry Wenger aka Jerome Wenger.  

 

We advanced them the funds which they promised to hold in a secure escrow account in exchange for delivery of the panels.  They deliverd less than half the panels and kept the rest of our money.

 

Furthermore some of the panels they delivered we found out were used.

 

The rip off the Wenger brothers have perpetrated against us has caused us significant harm and damage.
