 I didn't win initial bid and was offered a "second chance" and was asked if I was "Interested" to "click here". By clicking ,that generated the purchase.. Item was grossly misrepresented is complete fake. Silver showing through both sides of ring, stone was not a Ruby and What gold that was there was not 14k.

Vortal Group Inc. Police Auctions. I ordered about $800 worth of jewellery, when I took a few to a jewellers he told me they were only worth a dollar and if I was trying to sell them to him he would call the police, selling fake jewellery, BUT, he told me he knew of Police Auctions told me to stay away from them, SO, I called my MasterCard company, I explained to them what happened, they got in touch with the crooks, they refunded me $400. I was happy!

Vortal Group INC I bought a oil on canvas. It said signed by the artist. Can't even find the artist. I called & was told no they did not have it. In maine if you sell a painting saying signed by artist you have to provide that name. It is the law Costa Mesa California
