I took advantage of WAMU Mastercard offer with 0% intro rate (12 months). My February payment was made via online banking 10 DAYS BEFORE DUE DATE, and rec'd by WAMU. On my next statement I was whacked with over $100 in fees and service charges. Their customer service is in the Phillipines, so I had no luck with them. I've faxed and mailed letters; no response. Their online e-mail system is a joke, as most responses are boiler plate answers -- most often not even related to the question posed. Stay away from WAMU; at least their credit card division. They can care less and have ZERO customer service.
