Warner Health Care - Avlimil - Askberkeley ripoff unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account repetitive lying from their representatives Cincinnati Ohio

In mid January, I contacted Avlimil to see what their television ad was about. I told the representative I only wanted to try their free product and not to set up an account. I was very adamant that I did not want any additional withdrawals from my account and she assured me nothing more would be deducted.

On February 13, I found on my statement $70.00 had been deducted for more pills. I contacted them again, talking with an Erin and she said she would close my account (?) and refund my money. Nothing more happened.
On March 11, I talked with Joy who said my money would be returned to my account within 72 hours. Nothing more happened.

On March 25, I talked with Crystal who said it would take anywhere from 14 to 30 business days to get my money back.

I don't see any change in their tactics, they are going to keep my money for as long as possible. Also what is to keep them from deducting another amount from my account in the future, they still have my account number?
