This is clearly a report posted only to discredit our company, possibly by a bad intentioned individual.

It does not contain any order info, so I doubt it was posted by one of our customers.

The WCCL Network is a network of many, many different products, covering many key markets, so obviously there is plenty of competition ;)

We have over 600,000 customers, around the same number of newsletter subscribers, over 13,000 active affiliates, and a very, very, very healthy customer satisfaction level.

We keep trying to produce high quality software products at low prices.

We also *always* honor any refund guarantees made on our sites.

Wittyservant3 - if you are a real customer and we have denied you a refund, it was either because we do not offer a satisfaction based refund for the product you purchased AND the product was installed and successfully used on your computer, or you refused to work with us to get the problems resolved.
