This was to be a family owned and operated business when conceived and started . After 4 years of operation we found that the owner was adjusting sales tax in the amounts of $600.00 to $900.00 a week and using that money to pay himself a tax free salary . When confronting the owner about the deceptive practices I was fired . This lead to a walk out of all the other family members working at the store . The owner also put his wife on the payroll ( she does not work there ) so she could show having paid in to Social Security . The payroll check is deposited back with the store . These and many other observed acts have been reported to the IRS and Texas State Comptrollers office. Beware of spending your money here . The owner uses the same tax funded services he steals money from . And he is our Father ! Only wish we had figured him out earlier .
