We Settle Taxes We have worked with this company for over 2 years and paid them close to $30,000 for them to negotiate with the IRS. All I can say is GOOD LUCK! We get emails addressed to different ppl not pertaining to our case. Saturday we got a letter from the IRS stating that they would not take the "offer in compromise " and wants us to make payments for the next 71/2 years totaling $490,000 on a tax bill that was only $65,000! We Settle Taxes has done NOTHING to help us. No return phone calls, emails etc... as for the forms they are filing on our behalf... forget it, we never see them. Beware of this company! I originally posted a complaint against We Settle Taxes on 1/30/17. We seriously jumped the gun in issuing

that post. Correction: We Do not owe $490,000.00 from $65,000.00. The $490,000.00  was a figure the IRS projected as future income over 89 months in a document sent to me. I misread and failed to call Mr. Harding and the staff at We Settle taxes to explain the document. This was a rush to judgement. I was startled and upset when I read the document and impulse reacted. I realize these type of post when incorrect, can negatively impact a  business. I have since apologized to Mr. Harding(Especially for posting him as the biggest conman alive)  and the Team for the negative post.

We Settle Taxes definitely continues to treat our tax with both fairness and diligence.

Retraction

We filed a report on We Settle Taxes on January 30, 2017 on said company Alton Harding owner of We Settle Taxes called us and took us through step by step what was being done for our case. He explained why it was taking so long and apologized for any miscommunication and misunderstandings. Since we have never been through this process before it was difficult for us to understand what was happening. We appreciate the phone call from Mr Harding taking the time to go step by step with us
