David l. Fleming advertises himself as a tax attorney and he is not. He is not a member of the Florida bar but tries to pretend he is by using small print. He has no credible credentials in taxes or tax law but tries to impress upon you he does. look in any credible regestry of attorneys such as the ABA or Martindale - Hubbell or LexisNexis and you will not find him listed. David Fleming appears to sell off shore banking tax haven scams to shady investors wishing to hide money from the IRS. Beware this financial scammer.

Me and my employer are the subject of a rip-off report submitted by a "Jim zee" of Longwood, Florida on July 10, 2009.
This individual is obviously a crack-pot who does not know me and is a coward who hides behind the anonymity of this site to make false and defamatory accusations. I have asked you for this persons identity so that I can confront him and demand a retraction, yet you have failed to provide it.
All of my qualifications and credentials can be verified. All you have to do is ask. Professional references can also be provided upon request.
The most heinous accusation is that I help people engage in tax evasion, which is a crime. This is a fabrication.
The goal of legitimate international tax planning is minimization of tax, not evasion. Double taxation is always a problem when a US resident receives income from a foreign country. Those who often suffer worst are employees who are sent abroad to work. There are legitimate strategies that qualified professionals, such as me, use to make sure that no one pays more than they should.
To overpay taxes is stupid, so we help clients avoid being stupid. In addition to tax minimization, we can also help clients protect the wealth they've accumulated from threats, such as outrageous judgments, environmental liabilities, and the like. through legitimate use of asset protection strategies.
It is a shame that anonymous persons can make this type of disparaging remarks and that you are not responsible enough to screen them.
