Broker Dan Higman of Weichert Realtors Coastal manages properties for banks and does nothing to keep them up. They illegally bill their clients for management and maintence while the properties decay and rot forcing neighbors and the city of Wildwood to suffer at Dan Higman's gain. I am a homeowner near one of those properties and have had to deal with these abandoned properties and the squaters that reside there illegally turn the neighborhood to hell.
