I tried to contack them by phone {1-866-699-3756 } for repairs I needed onmy treadmill and all I got was a recording. I sent emails and only received
their emails back saying they received mine and someone would contack me in two businness days which never happened. I bought it on dec 27 and still cant use it because no one has contacted me about my problem.
