My name is Jesus Cordero, and I am a victim of scam by this company, I paid in full my last payment for a loan of my ford explorer 2004 on 7/12/2014 and Whetstone company don't want to give me the title, stating that is a regular procedure of one month to release it.

The people working there know that something is wrong they don't want to provide their names, very rude, and they transfer calls to the supervisor named Maria. I called Tallahasee and they stated that Whetstone already has the title in their hands and what they are doing is illegal. Please can somebody give me some hint to get out of this mess.
