Whetstone Partners and ETitle Loan were fictitious business names filed by Geronima Graciela Medina, (Age 54 as of 9/23/18). She goes by several aliases, such as Geronima Breen and Geronima Hawkins.  She has ties to Kent, Washington State, but seems to spend most of her time in the Doral, FL area.  Geronima Medina is also a Principal of Marlin Financial, along with Jeremy Tolan, Joshua Tolan, Richard and Bonnie Tolan, Neil Quiriconi, and Peter Pocrnich.  Marlin Financial is in the throes of being investigated by the State of Florida Attorney General for Fraud, among other crimes.  Geromina Medina has closed down Whetstone Partners, which is also known as ETitleLoans.com on the internet.   The boiler room at 2001 NW 107th AVE Doral, FL has long since been shuttered.  Her Address of fact, which was 390 NE 191st ST in Doral, FL, is nothing but an Answering Service located in the warehouse district by the name of Sunshine State Messenger Service.  Geromina Medina was featured in an Investigatory article by Malena Carollo in the Tampa Bay Times, September 15, 2018, and several other articles in other publications in the ensuing days, due to her affiliation with the current Marlin Financial Title Loans scandal.  Geromina Graciela Medina is currently in partnership with Glenis Webb, also of Doral, FL, and the current name they are operating under is EVEREST BUSINESS FUNDING.  Everest Business Funding's boiler room is active, and is located at  8232 NW 52nd Ter, 2nd Floor, Doral FL.  Your Vehicle Title has had a lien fraudulently placed upon it, because ANY MATERIAL FALSIFICATION entered by Medina, ETitleLoans, Whetstone Partners LLC, or an agent working on their behalf, constitutes FRAUD IN THE INDUCEMENT, thereby rendering any contract so induced, null and void, and subject to RESCISSION by the aggrieved party (you).  I would engage the services of Brundage Law Firm of Safety Harbor, FL to litigate your case, due to their familiarity with these interconnected boiler room operations, and these same malignant individuals which keep popping up like genital warts in consumer reports and legal filings.
