THIS COMPANY  IS SELLING MICROSOFT OPERATING SYSTEM PRODUCT KEYS THAT ARE NO GOOD AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS ,I HAVE BEEN TYING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE  WITH THEM AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND,,PAYPAL OPENED A CASE ON THEM AND CLOSED IT THE SAME DAY,,THEY PROBABLY WERE PAYED OFF PAYPAL IS KNOWN FOR THAT...SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS ,,I DO NOT KNOW WERE TO GO FOR HELP,,I HOPE YOU CAN GET TO BOTTOM OF THIS

STOP buying pirated software and then paying a scammer for an illegal product key! This is why PayPal won't help you. They aren't going to reward you for your stupidity. Bottom line is this: You tried to rip off Microsoft but you got ripped off instead. Sounds like karma to me.

Purchase a legit version of the software and it will include a legal/working product key.
