Placed an order on November 28, 2012 for a Lifeproof Iphone 5 Case. Stated it would ship by 12/5/12, December 5 came and went order still stated processing. . I sent company an email, no response. Then received tracking information on December 9, stating item had shipped. Tracking from USPS is for delivery confirmation only.

Still have not received item. Unable to reach company, they do not respond to emails.
