I ordered the book "Bloom's Best Perennials & Grasses" from whypaymorebooks and received the wrong book which I returned on 1/19/11.

I have not received the correct book or have I heard from the book dealer & he still has my money.

This customer was shipped the correct book once he notified us that he received the incorrect book.  Communication is key in situations such as this, and I believe the customer prematurely filed a rip-off report before contacting us.  This was an honest mistake and we cleared it. 

Over the course of a year, we ship out about 1 million books and almost everybody is happy with what they receive.  If there are any issues ever, please contact us to resolve it.  Thanks!
