It's early in the battle and I don't quite understand the whole situation, yet, but I am very suspicious now. Basically these living, rotting slimeballs are telling Capital One Mastercard that I am making purchases that I haven't authorized.
I'm not sure, but I think they must have gotten my credit card account number by way of the internet, or Capital One has a dishonest employee, or two. I got my credit card only a few months ago.
Since it's Sunday, I can't report it to Capital One until sometime tomorrow. I called the phone number very early this morning (I think it's toll-free) and got a man who sounded like he had just woken up, who had interruptyed his answering machine message to answer. I apologized, and hung up to see if I had dialed the correct number. The answering machine (or voice mail) message had stated his name as "Kevin".
I think I'll try the number again, to see what I can find out. There are two charges of $7 each, I believe, that I can now attribute to "Kevin" and his wolfpack (Gee, I hope we're not talking about Kevin Nash from the WWE, 7' tall, 350 lb! His voice was kind of deep).

This is the second time I've seen this Reservation Rewards charge on my account for $9.00 each. I have no idea how I am getting charged for this and don't know what to do. Does anyone have any help?
