This manager, his name is Howard Harts, trained
reps to falsify signatures, yelled and screamed when something didnt go his way, would train reps to sell the most commissioned products, so he would get their overwrite, many people quit because of his unethical behavior. their is alot of people that will give evidence to this. he now works for Woodmen of The World In Arkansas, and I heard he is running people out of there. This company cannot be trusted, when managers like him are still there. Look out for your policies, and managers like him

John,
You have provided no evidence to back up your claim, you only say Woodmen did this and that, and still you have not proven they did anything wrong. Report like yours should be deleted from this site, because you simply have a personal problem with Woodmen and you are looking to air this! As for the racism comments, in the past Woodmen may have held some sort of racist values, but that was resolved years ago, and our areas largest volume field rep is black, and he is always recognized as being one of the best....get your facts straight John and provide evidence.......because you have done neither.

Its pretty sad but obviously that last report was a sign of the kind of people they hire, they can't spell, and nowadays with spell check it's pretty sad. This company once again has discriminated against african americans and women. If you look at their website you can see who are the leaders, they are all fat good old boys. This company reeks of nepotism and favoritism, if you are a good old boy, regardless if you lied on your resume you will get promoted as good old boy Greg Robertson did, look where he is now a state manager having a 3rd state. They have a signature policy, but it depends on who violates it, before they terminate your contract.
If you are a white male you will have your hand slapped, female or black you are terminated. Phony records for lodge meetings are always submitted, but they lie and tell members or clients they really do have meetings and activities, what a joke. Its really time for lobbying to start against them, as they use their non-profit status for personal gain, where commercial companies have to pay large business taxes they do not, commercial companies donate millions to the community and special causes, but they are still required to pay taxes.
Its time for attorneys to jump on the band wagon and investigate all the wrongdoing here, believe me there is plenty, and I have seen it first hand.
